The service here is mixed. The vets are extremely knowledgeable and very good with animals. The schedule is always accomodating and they have late hours, and they always respond quickly. The reception staff could be a tad nicer for my liking. I find they are a bit curt and rude. BUT you have to look beyond that to the excellent team of vets they have working there.
